The file /var/ipcop/backup/exclude.user can be edited by Administrator's to exclude files from a system backup.

This file will not be overwritten by Official Updates, and is included in the set of files saved when you backup the system.

Look inside /var/ipcop/backup/exclude.system to see the format.
