This shell script allows Administrators to make their own changes to firewall rules. Have a look inside the file /etc/rc.d/rc.firewall.local

It is called by /etc/rc.d/rc.firewall, and for manual use, the usage is:

$ /etc/rc.d/rc.firewall.local {start|stop|reload}

This file will not be overwritten by Official Updates, and is included in the set of files saved when you backup the system.
