How to report bugs

Bugs and Request for Enhancement (RFE) should be reported on
Sourceforge Tracking System

Before you create a new bug report or RFE, check existing reports and RFEs if your problem or wish is not already reported (do not forget to look at pending and closed reports).

If you write a bug report, give as much details as possible, your IPCop configuration, how and when it happened. Also include if you use a bare IPCop or have installed add-ons or modified some parts of code by your-self. Problems in add-ons should be reported to each add-on maintainer.

We welcome RFE with solutions included.

Problem involving security issues on IPCop could be reported by crypted mail.
You would find on cvs on doc directory the public key and mail address to send a crypted message on ipcop-security mailing list.
List is private and messages send are submitted to moderation.
