IPCop v1.4.6 was release with no changes from 1.4.6test.
As usual, this version can be installed as an update from previous v1.4.x versions or with a ready-to-go ISO for a fresh install.
Install update and restart connection to make the new dnsmasq version run.
For frizt dsl modems, fcdsl-1.4.6.tgz has nothing changed from fcdsl-1.4.5/1.4.4.

I keep getting a bad server response when I try to download the update. I've tried serveral times over the last week with no luck. I've tried different locations and nothing. I'm sure you're aware of this, but just in case you're not.
Bug in updates.cgi 1.4.7 affects Upload button in Norwegian, Swedish and Vietnamese
The quote marks around the 'Upload' button text string were missed out of updates.cgi, which breaks the function of the button for languages which have a space within the text (i.e. Norwegian's 'Last opp' appears as 'Last').
This will be fixed in v1.4.9, but obviously the button won't work until that upgrade has been applied.
The workaround will require affected users to switch the webgui language to English (or French or German) to apply the update, then switch back.

optionsfw.cgi missing
The requested URL /cgi-bin/optionsfw.cgi was not found on this server.
The planned changes to optionsfw.cgi were pulled from the upgrade at the last minute, but an error in the upgrade left the Menu Item for the page visible.
The intention is to improve the operation of the page before it is released again.
